How long does it take to walk from your hotel to Wembley Stadium, The SSE Arena, Wembley, Wembley Park Underground Station, London Designer Outlet, Brent Civic Centre

All of the above are approximately 5 minutes walk from our hotel.



What is your standard check-in time?

Our standard check-in time is from 14:00 every day. You may request an earlier check-in when making your reservation, but we cannot guarantee that your room will be ready at this time-particularly if it has been booked from the previous night. You will however be able to leave your luggage with us on our ground floor luggage area, which would solely be your responsibility, until your room becomes available. Please note that a valid photo id required for check-in.

What is your normal check out time? Can this be extended?

Our normal check out time is until 11.00 every day. For late check out’s there is a charge of £10.00 per hour after the normal check out time of 11.00 am with 30 minutes grace until 11.30am

I do not have a credit card – can I still make a hotel booking?

Unfortunately we cannot accept bookings without a credit card guarantee

What types of credit card do you accept as payment?

We accept the following cards for payment and booking: Visa, MasterCard, American Express. When bookings are made we also take a pre authorisation from your card.

For non-refundable bookings made, for example for Wembley Event days, payment will be taken from your card at the time of booking.

Please note when third party credit cards are entered for payment for bookings, the hotel will call the relevant bank for client verification and authorisation.

Please note, the card used to make the booking must be presented on arrival.

What is your cancellation policy?

For individual bookings made at our Best Available Rates, rooms must be cancelled no later than 24 hours prior to arrival. Rooms booked at special rates, such as Advance Purchase 10% Discount and bookings for Wembley Event Days, are non refundable and non cancellable. The terms are specified on our Booking Button Booking Engine, so please check first when making a booking and on your booking confirmation for details.

I have a lot of luggage, will someone be able to help me get it to my room?

As we are a 3 star hotel, we do not provide porterage. We only provide chargeable porterage for Group Bookings on an advance request basis to our Reservations Department.


What is the difference between your room types?

We offer Double rooms with queensize beds for sole occupancy, Double rooms with a queensize bed for two, Twin rooms with 2 x double beds, Triple rooms with 3 x single beds, Family Rooms for 2 adults and 2 children sharing 2 x double beds, and we also have a Junior Suite and a Large Suite. All rooms are fully en-suite with separate lounge areas and bathrooms. All rooms include flatscreen TV’s, free wifi, tea and coffee making facilities, safe, iron and board, work desk and hairdryer. Disabled Rooms

We have 3 access rooms on our Ground Floor and these are available on a request basis only directly from our Reservations Department, reservations@hotels-wembley.com

Student Group Rooms Set Up

For Student Groups only as our rooms are large, we can easily fit additional quality single beds into rooms for student, school, college groups. We do not use bunk beds. Usually we allocate specific floors in our hotel for Student Groups.

Are pets allowed in your bedrooms?

With the exception of guide dogs or helper dogs, pets are not allowed in any of our hotel rooms.

Can I smoke in my bedroom or around the hotel?

All our hotel rooms are non-smoking apart from the 9th floor where smoking is permitted in the double rooms only. Smoking is not permitted anywhere else in the hotel.

Do you offer any promotional rates on rooms?

Our room rates are not fixed and the rates vary depending on availability, room type and terms of stay. Guests who are not booked on special rates will automatically be offered our Best Available Rate. We currently offer a 10% discount off rates booked in advance. These are known as SAVER Rates and are clearly indicated on our Booking Engine.

Can you provide electrical adaptors?

We can provide adaptors for a cost of £1 with a £10 deposit which is refundable.


Can you put a cot in my room for my child?

Yes, cots are available free of charge for infants aged 2 years and under, subject to availability.

Do you have food menus that are suitable for children?

Yes, our Empire Restaurant offers a range of options for younger diners.


Do you charge for Wi-Fi and internet use?

We are pleased to offer free Wi-Fi in all bedrooms and public areas within the hotel.

Does your hotel offer any business services?

Our Business Centre on the Ground Floor we offer chargeable fax, photocopying and scanner services.

Can I use the hotel for business meetings?

Yes, we have meeting rooms and conference halls for hire that can host a range of events. We offer free wifi, free projector and screen, free parking for cars on a first come basis. You can also use our Sports Bar for meetings as long as drink or food purchases are made from us.


Do you have an in-house restaurant?

Yes, our in-house restaurant is called Empire Restaurant and serves a range of international cuisine. You can also enjoy drinks, light meals, teas and coffees at Mirage Sports Bar with Sky Sports, BT Sport, Eurosport and ESPN. Please see our Sports Bar and Restaurant pages.

Do you offer Group and Student Group meal rates?

Yes, we have various menus specifically for Groups and Student Groups including Indian, Chinese and Western cuisine, please enquire using our online contact form.

Is there a dress code in your restaurant and bar?

The dress code in our restaurants, bars and public areas is smart/casual.

What time do your restaurant and bar open and close?

Our Sports Bar is open from 11am until late every day. Our Empire Restaurant is open from 12.00 until 23.00 every day.

We are arriving after your Restaurant closes, can we arrange for food to be available?

If you are arriving later than 11pm we can, on an advance request basis, organise food to be available in the restaurant. Please call 0208 733 9000 and ask to speak to the Duty Manager or email reservations@hotels-wembley.com


Where are your nearest car parking facilities?

We have free onsite parking for cars and coaches with groups staying at our hotel on a first come first served basis. Parking is free up until you check out. Guests will be charged for leaving their vehicles in the hotel car park after they have checked out. Tariff available from our Reception staff.

Which Underground or Rail Stations are closest to your hotel?

The nearest Underground Station is Wembley Park Station and is approximately 5 minutes walk.

The nearest Rail Station is Wembley Stadium Rail Station and is approximately 5 minutes walk.

How far is your hotel from the airport?

Our hotel is approximately 30 minutes by road transport from London Heathrow airport, 30 minutes from London Gatwick, 60 minutes from London Stansted airport, 60 minutes from London Luton Airport and 40 minutes from London City Airport.

Can you recommend a taxi company for an airport pick up?

Yes. If you wish to be collected from the airport upon arrival, please get in touch with us and we can provide a recommendation for a local taxi company.

How much is a taxi to or from the airport?

Taxi fares vary depending on the airport destination, the number of passengers and the proposed time of travel. Please contact the hotel with your travel details to obtain a quote.


Does your hotel offer disabled rooms for guests with impairments or disabilities?

We have 3 disabled bedrooms, incorporating adapted bathrooms with shower and bath. Our disabled bedrooms are located on the ground floor convenient for movement around the hotel.

Are there lifts in the hotel?

Yes, we have 3 central lifts that serve all floors in the hotel.

Does the hotel offer step-free access?

Yes, the main entrance to the hotel is step-free, with automatic sliding doors.

Does the hotel have public disabled toilets?

Yes, we have a disabled access public toilet on the ground floor. Our accessible bedrooms also incorporate disabled bathroom facilities with accessible baths or showers.

Are guide dogs permitted in your rooms and restaurants?

Guide dogs and helper dogs are welcome in all bedrooms, restaurants and public areas in the hotel.

Do you have disabled parking?

There are a limited number of disabled parking bays around the hotel – these are clearly marked with a disabled sign and are on a first come first served basis.


I have booked a room through your official website and got free continental breakfast included in the room rate, where is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served in our Empire Restaurant located on the ground floor.

I have pre-booked breakfast through your official website, can I upgrade to English breakfast on the day at the hotel?

Yes, English breakfast is available for a supplement payable at the hotel

Breakfast is not included in my room rate, can I pay at the hotel for breakfast?

Yes, Continental and English breakfast is available can be paid for directly at the hotel

When is breakfast served from and to?

Breakfast is served in our Empire Restaurant Monday – Friday 07.00-09.30 and Saturdays and Sundays from 08.00-10.00


Room service is free from 11am to 11pm. Breakfast room service is available at a further charge of £3.00 per room.


Is there a golf course near the hotel?

Yes, there is a 9 hole golf course approximately 10-15 minute drive away from the hotel. We offer our guest’s discounts off day passes and for the driving range.

Do you have a gym?

We do not have a gym, but we have an arrangement with a nearby gym that offers our guests low cost rates.


Do you have a hall for hire for wedding receptions and parties?

Yes, we have our Empire Hall which can hold up to 104 guest’s with a dance floor, or our larger hall Empire Hall and Empire Restaurant together creates one large hall that can hold up to 250 guest’s with a dance floor.

We do offer a limited currency exchange for USD$ and Euros
