From the point at which you make your reservation, we act solely as the accommodation provider sending you a confirmation email with details of your booking.
Our hotel is fully responsible for accessing an extranet for updating all rates, availability and other information which is displayed on the website. Although we will use reasonable skill and care in performing our services we will not verify if, and cannot guarantee that, all information is accurate, complete or correct, nor can we be held responsible for any errors accuracy, completeness and correctness of the (descriptive) information (including the rates and availability) (including manifest and typographical errors), any interruptions (whether due to any (temporary and/or partial) breakdown, repair, upgrade or maintenance of our website or otherwise), inaccurate, misleading or untrue information or non-delivery of information.

Advance Purchase Saver Rates gives a discount of 10% for room bookings made in advance of arrival of 3 weeks. These rates are non refundable and payment will be taken at the time of the booking. The discount and terms are clearly shown on our Booking Engine ( Booking Button ) The Saver Rates and advance booking terms can be changed without prior notice and withdrawn.

We require credit card details in order to guarantee your reservation we may verify (i.e. pre-authorise) your credit card as well. In order to safeguard and encrypt your credit card information when in transit to us, we use the “Secure Socket Layer (SSL)” technology for our services which is PSI DSS Compliant We also offer the opportunity for non-refundable reservations to be paid directly to us after the reservation process (all to the extent offered and supported by your bank). Payment is safely processed through a third party payment processor and directly made from your bank account to our bank account. Your credit card details are stored for at least 5 years.
Unless specified on our booking engine, rooms can be cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival without charge. Please note that where we specify non refundable / non cancellable we require payment for the full duration of your stay to be made upfront by wire transfer (if available) or by credit card, and therefore your credit card will be pre-authorised or charged (sometimes without any option for refund) upon making the reservation. Please check the room details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.

All the prepaid & advanced purchased booking customers are advised to carry their credit or debit cards used at the time of booking. – For non refundable bookings made for example on Wembley Event Days, payment will be taken from the card provided at the time of the booking. – Hotel car park: Please note that guests who leave their vehicles in the hotel car park after checking out of the hotel will be charged for parking. The charges for parking are available from our Reception.
By making a reservation with us, you accept and agree to our cancellation and no-show policy, and to any additional (delivery) terms & conditions that may apply to your reservation or during your stay, including for services rendered and/or products offered by us.
The general cancellation and no-show policy is made available on our website on the accommodation information pages, during the reservation procedure and in the confirmation email. Please note that all rates are not eligible for cancellation or change. Please check the room details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.
If you wish to review, adjust your reservation, please revert to the confirmation email and follow the instructions therein. Any guests damaging any of the hotels property will be charged in accordance with the level of damage caused at the market rate.
